Shipping
We work based on a Make to Order (MTO) system which has the advantage of waste reduction.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be made.
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel.
Deliveries within the US will arrive within 1-5 business days after you receive your dispatch confirmation email. International deliveries (outside the US) will be delivered within 10 to 21 working days, unless the package is held up in customs.
We ship delivery duties unpaid (DDU), therefore in the case of delivery outside of the US, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel arrives at its destination country.
